Kendra GrayI am a wife, mother of four, grandmother of four and work full time. After multiple attempts (and subsequent failures) over the years to get healthy and fit, it finally clicked about five years ago. From 2-2-20 to Body.fit classes and now BBH.Fit, Body By Hannah workouts have been an instrumental part of my fitness journey for almost four of those years. I can honestly say, that at the age of 50, I feel stronger, healthier, and better than I ever have, and I am thankful for the difference BBH.fit makes!
I’ve enjoyed BBH Fit so much over the past two weeks! It has really been the jump start that I needed. Thanks again for building this! I struggled to get a good effective workout in since I got married. I commute 2 hours each day and do not have a local gym. These 25ish minute videos have been great! They are easy to fit in when I get home and I love that they are varied.
I love love love this home fitness format! It works for me because I’ve invested in some gym equipment for working out at home and because my schedule can be so tight and full that being able to work out at home is the most efficient use of my time. My main focus is on strength training and therefore the first month of mastering our body weight is a logical foundational step. I’ve noticed a difference just after one week.
